Squat form is so important. If you dont do it right, you may as well not do it. I will spend 5 minutes with someone correcting their form so they do it right EVERY time. Luckily, it’s only taken that long once so far.
Yeah I spend a lot of time with people on Squats. I find that most people can be corrected if they think more about what their hips are doing rather then their knees.
